By accessing or using the Eventful platform (“Service”) operated by Funl Technologies, Inc. dba Eventful (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eventful provides a platform for managing meetings, webinars, podcasts, in-person events, and conferences in B2B go-to-market workflows. Features include event registration, call recording, AI post-production, CRM integrations, and related services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your subscription agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
